2001 with a clear mission: to revolutionize the home buying and
home building experience straight through to the national level,
and that's exactly what we're doing. Starting off with the coveted
designation as a Daniel Island Preferred Builder, we began
making headlines just months after our foundation was set. We
were first applauded for numerous innovations as an environmentally
friendly "green" builder. Then we literally "made history" by
building the first homes in Charleston to pass the federal government's
highest standards in quality construction and energy efficiency,
earning the rare Energy Star® certification.
We're obviously proud of these unprecedented accomplishments,
but our highest "claim to fame" is the fine craftsmanship and
unique menu of custom options and custom packages we offer for
every Palladio™ home we build. Our clients and even our competition
agree that ours are the "cutest" homes in Charleston, South Carolina.
