Palladio Homes of GreenvilleIn keeping with our mission, Palladio Homes of Greenville, Inc. broke ground in the Summer of 2004. For its role as a financial center and industrial technology hub, we believe the Greenville, SC is one of the most promising cities in the Southeastern U.S. Greenville is well respected for embracing change and emphasizing education and the arts in the city's economic and cultural development. Palladio Homes of Greenville General Manager Adam Owens received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Clemson University and has 15 years of construction experience. Adam's immediate goal in Greenville is to quickly bring the Palladio Homes of Greenville office to the same level of excellence and notoriety as that enjoyed by the Charleston Office. While leveraging Palladio's hallmarks of quality, innovation, and style, Adam also intends to take the Palladio mission to the next level by making its mark as a complete community builder. Adam tell us, "I want to be on the front end of the master planned community model that is becoming very popular." Adam's wife Lori is a professional banker with First Citizens Bank. Lori received her Bachelor or Science in Business Management from Clemson University. The Owens were born, raised and have spent their entire professional lives in the upstate of South Carolina.
