The 2-10 warranty boasts "day-one" structural coverage for a full ten years, two full years of coverage against qualified defects on plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, and one full year coverage against qualified defects in workmanship and materials. Coverage begins immediately on the day of closing. Additionally, the optional "2-10 Plus" Extended Warranty Plan provides coverage on systems and appliances for up to 5 years.
